Banner routinely handles the high volume stamping needs of our customers. We produce quantities from several thousands of pieces per month to millions of pieces per year. Our part sizes range from ounces to several pounds each, using sheet, plate or coil.

Banner has state-of-the-art high volume presses ranging from 100 to 1200 tons with beds as large as 2438.4mm x 1219.2mm (96" x 48") capable of handling coil sizes of up to 15.9mm thick x 304.8mm wide (.625" x 12.0"). Banner's presses offer multiple parts per hit productivity, and tolerances that exceed industry standards. Banner is constantly prepared to exceed our Customers' requirements.

A vital part of Banner's operation is tooling and equipment preventative maintenance. Our experienced journeymen tool and die makers and press maintenance personnel are experts on a wide variety of dies including progressive and single hit operation and various presses up to 1200 tons. In addition, Banner has a number of reliable local sources for wire or conventional E.D.M. (Electrical Discharge Machining), laser technology and specialty parts or materials.

Solid experience and comprehensive resources keep downtime at Banner to a minimum and quality to a maximum. This is important to our Customers, particularly to those requiring "just-in-time" deliveries of high quality parts. We make stampings from high strength low alloy steel in coils, plate or bar form, producing parts up to 19.0mm (.748") thick. Our largest press is capable of exerting 1,200 tons of force.

Sophisticated tooling, modern equipment and highly skilled technicians give Banner the capability for coining, counter sinking, in-die tapping and precision hole dimensions. These capabilities often enable us to eliminate some secondary operations, therefore, saving our customers both potential problems and unnecessary expenses.
